With this weeks Imagine That Startup called Metaverse this is becoming (kind of) reality. But not with a pair of glasses but by using your phone. Metaverse is an app that allows people to create their own augmented reality experience straight from their phone.

A new app called Ransomly developed by 39-year old Zach Prager aims to let people unplug from technology and focus more on what is happening offline. How? By blocking apps like Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp for a certain time in certain locations. Or “holding the app for ransom” as Ransomly likes to call it.
